BRIQO produces estimates from the figures you provide — cash flow, NOI, equity growth, borrowing capacity and similar outputs. They are not financial, tax, legal or lending advice, and actual lender underwriting and tax treatment may differ.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another account's data.
- Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to store.
- Do not use BRIQO to discriminate against tenants or applicants.
Availability
BRIQO is under active development and is provided as is, without warranty. Features may change, and we may schedule maintenance that briefly interrupts access.
Ending your use
You may stop using BRIQO at any time and request deletion of your account data. Export anything you need first from the Reports area.
