Data we store
- Account details: email address and optional full name.
- Portfolio records you enter: properties, units, tenants, leases, rent, expenses, mortgages and contacts.
- Personal financial profile entries: income, assets and liabilities.
- Files you upload: leases, receipts, tax and mortgage documents.
How it is used
Your data is used to operate your BRIQO workspace: displaying records, calculating estimates and generating reports you request. It is not sold, and it is not used to build advertising profiles.
Tenant information
Tenant records you enter are your responsibility as a landlord. Only collect what you need, and keep it accurate. You can edit or delete these records at any time.
Access, export and deletion
You can export property and portfolio data from the Reports area, and you can delete records from within the app. To request deletion of your entire account, contact us and we will remove your account data.
Changes
This policy will be updated as BRIQO develops, and a formal review will be completed before any paid launch. Material changes will be noted on this page.
